How does the Executive Pool work?

SFI's Executive Pool provides a simple, easy, and lucrative income stream that all SFI affiliates can tap into every month. At the end of every month we determine the total CV (Commission Volume) for all sales at all our Zing Network properties; 50% of this total CV amount becomes the Executive Pool.
We then determine how many shares have been earned companywide and divide the total pool amount by the number of shares earned. This determines the Executive Pool share value each month.

Example:
- Total CV for the month is $1,000,000.
- We put 50% ($500,000) into the Executive Pool.
- 500,000,000 shares are earned by SFI affiliates, resulting in an individual share value of $.001.
Provided you have scored at least 1500 VP for the month (i.e. you've qualified as an Executive Affiliate), you can earn one share of the pool for each of your VersaPoints. So, using the above pool/share value example...
- If you earned 1500 shares (by scoring 1500 VP), you'd earn $1.50 from the Executive Pool.
- If you earned 5000 shares (by scoring 5000 VP), you'd earn $5.00 from the Executive Pool.
Also, as a Team Leader, you can earn VP MATCHES (see Compensation Plan at www.sfimg.com/compplan/), which awards you additional shares of the Executive Pool. Indeed, through VersaPoints matches, you can earn thousands or even tens of thousands of additional shares of the Executive Pool!
- If you earned 60,000 shares (by scoring 60,000 VP matches), you'd earn $60.00 from the Executive Pool.
- If you earned 250,000 shares (by scoring 250,000 VP matches), you'd earn $250.00 from the Executive Pool.
