Note: An asterisk displayed with your rank at the Affiliate Center indicates you haven’t yet qualified for your last month’s rank during the current month. You must qualify for your rank before commissions are processed (approximately the 10th of each month) to retain the benefits of being a BTL.


Here are some important things to remember about being an SFI Team Leader:

There's no reason for being a Team Leader unless you actually have a team! That is, all of the major financial benefits of being a Team Leader are derived from the levered income you earn on your team members. Sure, it's nice to have the prestigious rank of Team Leader, but it's a title only essentially if you don't actually have a team built under you to earn Team Leader commissions on.

Therefore, if you want to be a Team Leader in SFI, your focus (besides meeting your own EA qualifications of course) must be on recruiting affiliates and teaching them to become EAs and Team Leaders themselves (i.e. duplication).

This focus ALSO naturally earns you the points you need to maintain your Team Leader rank.

Provided you are at least an EA yourself, as shown on your To-Do List (www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=to-do_list), you will earn:
100 VP for each of your PSAs each month who are at least an EA
200 VP for each of your PSAs each month who is a BTL
300 VP for each of your PSAs each month who is a STL
400 VP for each of your PSAs each month who is a GTL
500 VP for each of your PSAs each month who is a PTL
600 VP for each of your PSAs each month who is a DTL
Examples:
Get 5 of your PSAs to EA and you'll earn 500 VP every month that can be applied to your own Team Leader qualifications.
Get 10 of your PSAs to EA and you'll earn 1000 VP every month that can be applied to your own Team Leader qualifications. 
Get 5 of your PSAs to BTL and you'll earn 1000 VP every month that can be applied to your own Team Leader qualifications. 
Get 10 of your PSAs to BTL and you'll earn 2000 VP every month that can be applied to your own Team Leader qualifications. 
In short, focus on building a team of EAs and Team Leaders. Do so and you'll soon naturally earn the VP you need to qualify as a Team Leader yourself every month.

SFI's Executive Pool provides a simple, easy, and lucrative income stream that all SFI affiliates can tap into every month. At the end of every month we determine the total CV (Commission Volume) for all sales at all our Zing Network properties; 50% of this total CV amount becomes the Executive Pool. 

We then determine how many shares have been earned companywide and divide the total pool amount by the number of shares earned. This determines the Executive Pool share value each month.

Example:

Total CV for the month is $1,000,000.
We put 50% ($500,000) into the Executive Pool.
500,000,000 shares are earned by SFI affiliates, resulting in an individual share value of $.001.


Provided you have scored at least 1500 VP for the month (i.e. you've qualified as an Executive Affiliate), you can earn one share of the pool for each of your VersaPoints. So, using the above pool/share value example...


If you earned 1500 shares (by scoring 1500 VP), you'd earn $1.50 from the Executive Pool.
If you earned 5000 shares (by scoring 5000 VP), you'd earn $5.00 from the Executive Pool.


Also, as a Team Leader, you can earn VP MATCHES (see Compensation Plan at www.sfimg.com/compplan/), which awards you additional shares of the Executive Pool. Indeed, through VersaPoints matches, you can earn thousands or even tens of thousands of additional shares of the Executive Pool!


If you earned 60,000 shares (by scoring 60,000 VP matches), you'd earn $60.00 from the Executive Pool.
If you earned 250,000 shares (by scoring 250,000 VP matches), you'd earn $250.00 from the Executive Pool.

For many years in the SFI, I have witnesses branches, namely flyers, stuttering and other events. 

I often wonder what separates those who continue to reach up to people who never begins and simply disappears! 

If you are serious about your income online, keep in mind a clear short-term and medium-sized targets. 

Nothing is left to chance, it is good to start the SFI, and it's all FREE! 

Be determined to enter every day to make all the tabs in the green. 

Make sure that you visit your business every day for at least 15-20 minutes to do two or three things on LaunchPad training. 

Set a goal to complete the LaunchPad Learning for the first month after joining.All you need is to click on the link and follow the brief instructions 

Make it a prerequisite to achieve Executive Affiliate in the first month, earning 1500VP. 

If you can consistently develop the discipline to log on every day in just 20 minutes, you will see the growth and results. Nothing will be achieved by visiting only a few times a month. 

Once you start to develop this continuous flow, it will become a good habit and brain muscles to engage your SFI business on a daily basis. 

The higher you build, the better the benefits. The next goal - to create a team and achieve the Bronze team leader. It was then turned on the real profit SFI.

Is friends with the Forum for answers and advice. Stay in touch with your sponsor, he is there to support you if they know you are there. If they like me, they can have a lot of branches, and they see active branches.
