How to start building your own business and become a sponsor?
When your friend or sponsor registered you, you became his associate. Then you start building your own business!
When you register your first person - your first friend, he becomes your associate and you become his sponsor. You have an obligation to your own - your co-workers to help them find their co-workers - to become sponsors, and for them to build their own business! Your obligations to associates are:
- Explain to them how MLM - SFI works;
- Enable them to educate themselves in the best possible way;
- Teach them to organize the marketing plan themselves;
- Always help them when you can, because by helping them build their businesses;
- Point out to them the most common mistakes that are made;
- Always keep them up to date;
Build your structure gradually and with quality!
In the beginning, always ask the sponsor for advice, as he certainly wishes you all the best. Help associates build their structures, because their success is also your success.
Make sure you keep your co-workers motivated, and don't rush with a lot of co-workers at the beginning, lest some give up because you haven't given them enough time! Every contributor is worthy of respect and respect, and you never know who will do the job!
How is network stability or network quality calculated?
Each co-worker brings you some material benefits, but a co-worker who does not have his co-workers is not sure whether he will be active or quit. Even those co-workers who have several co-workers are not 100% sure, but they are certainly more serious and stable!

Don't rush!

Try to attend as many events, meetings, seminars, info lectures ... People after the first meeting, do not know what opportunities they have in MLM. And when they listen to the marketing plan, it seems to you that everything is explained in the best possible way, be sure they still have no idea, and until you start getting specific questions, consider that they do not understand what you are offering them! Less than 10% of people can understand the business plan from the first, and less than 1% are ready to make the presentation after hearing it for the first time, as they have heard from you! That is why it is necessary to give an example of proper behavior to your co-workers with your example of going to an info evening. After going out for a few info nights, you'll see one by one clarify! It is only after attending the seminar that 90% of the facts are usually clarified and you can expect great results when you have them available! Your goal is to have as many associates attend the seminar as this will give you a quality structure, which can be expected to generate long-term earnings and later more free time!
Practice is paramount in MLM-SFI. If you learn theory and do not put it into practice, you will have poor successes! It is important that you adhere to some of the recommended rules yourself, and then your success is guaranteed! Do not try to invent your own techniques and tactics, because the experience has led to conclusions, which are passed along the sponsorship line, because every sponsor wants to be as successful as his associates! The essence of working in MLM is copying, but not copying a sponsor that is not successful, but copying recommended activities, written by the smartest people in the MLM field! That's why you need to copy the entire workflow, because if you miss 2 of the 10 recommended activities, for example, you may later miss out on those 2 activities!
Everything should be done step by step, and if you did not do it right, go back to the beginning and do everything right again!

Recommendation: Consider yourself both as a co-worker and as a sponsor, and treat your co-workers as you would like your sponsor to treat you. If you are not satisfied with the sponsor's behavior, seek help from a Senior Sponsor. Your sponsor should not be offended if he does not know everything, and should offer you the help of senior sponsors, and they should gladly assist you!
